Installed Masters' Lodge

No. 9181

Have you been WM of your Lodge but still want more from Freemasonry?

To make a daily advancement in masonic knowledge?

Then this Lodge is for you!

Consecrated on 23rd May 1986, we meet three times a year at Forty Steps - Albion Place Masonic Hall, Southampton SO14 2DD.

About us

This Lodge was formed in 1986 by approximately 130 founders and has remained a large Lodge to this day, practising ritual and parades to the highest level of competence.

The Lodge is based in Southampton and serves a wide District stretching from Andover, through Winchester, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Botley Woolston and Totton.

The Installation Meeting is held in Southampton whilst the other two meetings each year have a Lecture content, these are held in any one of the other Masonic Centres mentioned, varying each year.

Speakers for the lecture meetings come from a wide variety of areas and topics, the UGLE Prestonian Lecturer has often been a ‘presenter’ talking about his research, we have also had speakers from Lodge Quatuor Coronati – the Premier Lodge of Research in English Freemasonry based in London. As well as talks of a Masonic nature, we also have talks on non-Masonic subjects, for example Cowboy Freemasons, Music, Scouting and War Heroes. The variety will continue!
